Its ads like these that almost make our recession fun.

I love how the ad starts off like many other Japanese havoc wreaking monster ads, but turns out with a cute twist; its also great how it simultaneously downplays other sites by implying they don't work with the "big talent" or big paychecks. When you think about it, it is borderline offensive, but it almost makes sense: if you're the 100k+ type, you'll probably use the site when or if you need it; if not, you might get offended, but you wouldn't use the site anway; bonus - if you were the latter and become the former, hopefully you will have been offended enough to remember The Ladders when it comes time to look for that iconic American dream six-figure income.
