Four years after the end of FRIENDS left an empty time slot in my lonely weeknights, I finally found laughter once more.

Set in the backdrop of New York City, “How I Met Your Mother” is not an opening for amateur “yo mama ..” jokes. Instead, HIMYM, as fans so affectionately call it, offers the perfect mixture of well developed characters, insight, pure comedy and witty lines worthy to be quoted and referenced in daily conversation ("I gotta head to the bathroom. I gotta take a massive New Jersey") as we recount with our protagonist, Ted Mosby, his bachelorhood as he searches for his future wife.

Told in voice-over fashion, future Ted paints stories to his kids of the trials and tribulations he faced before meeting their mother with his FRIENDS-esque group (minus the convenient living arrangement).
